Welcome! This portfolio reflects on my learning and professional development throughout the online Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Training and Development Program, within the Workforce and Human Resource Education Program in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Adult and Higher Education, in the College of Education at North Carolina State University. During my graduate studies, I worked full time in relevant positions; thus, I was able to apply my work projects to my coursework. Samples of my work are primarily located in the Coursework section.
